Hi, I’m Keren, founder of Over Medium. 

 

My path to parenthood was long, uncertain, and at times deeply painful. Along the way, I navigated multiple rounds of intrauterine insemination, multiple egg retrievals and frozen embryo transfers, pregnancy loss - including chemical pregnancies and a devastating second trimester loss, and the physical and emotional realities that come with infertility. Those experiences shaped not only how I understand this journey, but how I show up for others walking it now.

 

Over time, I became someone that friends, family, and even strangers turned to—seeking clarity, reassurance, and help making sense of an overwhelming process. I know how isolating fertility challenges can feel, and how hard it is to advocate for yourself when you’re exhausted, grieving, or unsure of what questions to ask.

 

Over Medium was created to offer thoughtful, one-on-one coaching for individuals and couples who want support that is personal, practical, and grounded in lived experience. I don’t provide medical care or therapy—but I do walk alongside you. Together, we focus on helping you feel informed, supported, and more steady as you navigate decisions, emotions, and next steps. 

 

My goal is to help you move through this season with more clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself—whatever your path to parenthood may look like.
